How You Can Help

We wouldn’t exist without the support of our volunteers, partner organizations, or donors.

Partner NGOs

As a small grassroots organization, we are actively looking to work with and learn from other organizations, large or small.

Common challenges we see include:

  • Computer lab resources - Several of our schools lack equipment for their students, especially laptops or desktops, but also routers, mice, keyboards, monitors, speakers, headsets, etc.
  • Classroom infrastructure - Many schools struggle with hiring and retaining teachers, organizing class schedules and allocating classroom space, which are not our areas of expertise.

We recognize that there are many accomplished organizations that may already, for example, have extensive experience in education infrastructure development or have an existing supply chain network of used electronics.

Are you affiliated with a related organization? Let’s work together to better serve our communities.

Volunteers

Like every non-profit organization out there, we need more help! As we work more collaboratively in the digital age ourselves, what we’ve quickly learned is that help can come in many ways.

If our mission sparks an interest in you, then please reach out. We need help with:

  • Lesson development, from creating new lessons to adapting lessons for various age groups, class sizes, or teaching mediums.
  • Communications, how we connect with our communities, partner organizations, and donors

We’ve also found that volunteers often have extraordinary skills that we just haven’t thought of yet. If you have other ideas on how to help, we welcome you.

Our mission doesn’t have a headcount — you can get involved, too.

Donors

We are a transparent non-profit that values trust. By keeping our overhead costs minimum (to this website domain and mandatory non-profit paperwork filing fees), we make sure that every single dollar goes towards:

  • hiring local teachers,
  • securing computer lab equipment, and
  • purchasing related resources for the classroom.

Think Tools for Children International is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-deductible non-profit organization in the United States, and we provide receipts upon donation.
